We're Home!

So we've been home for over a month now, but my computer was broke and now its fixed!!

Haylie is now 9 1/2 months old!! Crazy. She is doing all these new things now. On her 9 month mark she started crawling, a week later she stood up to the stair, a week after that she started standing up to furniture, then 2 days later started walking around it a little bit, then a day after that she climbed 2 stairs! So we are in big trouble. She is learning so fast I cant believe it. She is the funniest kid. When she is mad she doesn't just cry she yells at you in her own language. I just laugh at her and she yells more. Not a whole lot more is going on besides that. We are enjoying being back in our home and getting ready for Halloween. We had her 9 month pic's done so I'll post those:) The last one is with her cousin Makayla.

Behind the times

Wow- I am a slacker, but you cant blame me. Our lovely computer broke and we don't have the extra cash to fix it, so I am stuck with out a computer. I am staying after work so I can keep up on my blogging world. SO things that are different- We went to Utah for 2 weeks the beginning of August, we saw family, and went to Bear Lake. It was so nice to be back in Utah. It went by crazy fast. Bear Lake was great- it rained half the week but I still love it up there. Haylie did really good. She had a hard time adjusting at first but she loved seeing all of my family. She started sitting up really good while we were there. Chris had to stay in Houston to work. She is now 8 months old! My little baby isn't so little anymore. She is now trying to figure out how to crawl, but her legs are so stubby and fat she cant get them under her, so she just pulls them along. Its pretty funny. She has 2 cute little teeth on the bottom and is talking like there is no tomorrow- I wonder where she gets that from?

We went to the beach here in Galveston- it was awesome. The water was so warm, Haylie loved the salt, she is a weirdo. I guy caught a little shark- kinda scary swimming in there after we saw that. It was little but still they have teeth too! I have a picture, but I will post that later.

Anyway- We were going to be getting in to Utah in actually an hour but a job fell through for Chris and I haven't found one yet so we are coming Sept. 12. If anyone knows of anyone hiring for me and Chris please let us know:)

Happy 4th of July!

So for the 4th here in Houston we had a fun filled day! We hung out with great friends all day and went to a really cool Firework show. Haylie did really good through it all! The weather was so hot. It got up to like 105 degrees!! Haylie's grandma's sent her some really cute outfits. She wore both of them to support the holiday.

Other news- Haylie is 6 months old!! She is getting so big, and everyday getting more and more cute. She loves experimenting with her voice and talking. She also is rolling all over the place, she army crawls a little here and there. She is working on sitting up but gets lazy. Oh and she is huge!! She is seriously the size of a 1year old! We are having fun here in Houston and cant wait for my sister and nephews to come visit for 2 weeks, then we go home to Utah for 2 weeks!! I am so excited to go home and see my family. Its been pretty tough being away from such amazing people. Well not a lot more going on. Sorry its late!

New Floaty

I got Haylie a new float, she loves it! I love it too, now she can chill in that while I am laying out and getting tan. This was probably one of the greatest inventions!

Sisters in Texas!

So my sisters came to visit me last week. It was so fun, I have missed them so much. It's been really hard being away from them. We did a lot of fun stuff! They got here on Monday and left on Saturday. Monday we just hung out, I picked them up from the airport and we went to lunch at Olive Garden. That night I took them to our local Kroger grocery store and we stocked up on candy- gotta love getting fat:) Haylie was so cute with them, she kept giving them big smiles. We rented some movies but ended up falling asleep in the first one. Thats pretty typical of me.

On Tuesday we went to the Zoo, it was awesome. They has some pretty sweet animals there, and it was huge. It was really hot, but nice because it was mostly shaded by huge trees. There was a Red Panda there, but we didn't get to see it because it was sleeping, Stupid Panda! Haylie had a great time, atleast I think she did, she just sat in her stroller the whole time and didn't make a peep.

On Wednesday we went to the Astro's game. This was the only day that Chris could actually hang out with us. It was a good game, the Astro's ended up winning in the bottom of the 9th. 2-1. They played the Cubs. The only thing that was dumb is how much the food cost, we got some nacho's, a hot dog and a drink and it was freaking $17.50! Who thinks they can charge that kind of money for a crappy dog and nacho??

On Thursday we went to San Antonio to Sea World, it was awesome. Jessica got us in for free, thank you Military!! We had a great time, I loved it there, I felt like a little kid again, the only thing that sucked was it was so hot! Luckily it was overcast the whole day or else it would have been worse! We went to a lot of cute shows there, the dolphin one, the one with the Walrus and Sea Lions and of course Shamu! Haylie was really good considering the weather. I gave her some of my popsicle and learned that she loves them! Everytime I tried to pull it away she freaked out!

We were going to go to the Riverwalk, but ended up going home. Friday we went downtown to the underground stores, we couldn't really find it and parking was a joke so we only stayed for an hour. We went to the Galleria shopping and Kristy thought that was the only kind of mall we had, it had really expensive stores in there, at the top level you have the norm though so I think she was fine after that. We played games with the other salesmen here and had a great time. All in all it was the best week ever. Thank you Jessica and Kristy for coming to see me! I cant wait until I get to come home in August to go to Bear Lake!

Ears Pierced

So I took Haylie to get her ears pierced yesterday, I was so scared! I've been wanting to do it forever, so I thought lets do it! The worst part was marking her ears, she wouldn't hold still. She pierced one ear and she screamed, I felt so bad, I got all welled up and almost started crying. All the moms there were like its ok, she'll thank you for it later. She did really well. She calmed down really easily. Well that's all I have for now. Just look at how cute my baby is!

Big Smile's!

Hey all! So Its been awhile so I though I would drop a post. TeRia has been asking for more pictures of haylie. She misses her so much, I dont blame her though. So things are going pretty great here, Haylie is getting bigger and bigger everyday! She hasn't rolled over much, but she is sitting up pretty well. She has her days. She is getter cuter and cuter. She talks so much and loves to scream! We started giving her oatmeal, she loves food. It took her a while to get used to it. She is almost 5 months now. That is so crazy to me, I swear we were just barely in the hospital having her!

Well sales are going pretty great. Chris is hitting 3 sales a day pretty consistently, which is his goal. He hit 6 the other day and got a nice pair of kicks out of it, he loves shoes!! Im liking work, I have a great schedule. I get to spend all day with my baby at the pool, it is the life!

We really miss everyone at home and I am so excited for my sisters to come out and see me, Its been so hard being away from them, so I want them to know I love them so much!!!
